Boaz is a seasoned Land Economist and Valuation Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in land, property, and asset valuation. He is a Professional Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU) and a Registered Valuation Surveyor/Valuer with the Surveyors Registration Board (SRB) of Uganda.

Boaz’s extensive expertise encompasses Property and Asset Valuation, Investment Appraisal, Land Acquisition, and Compensation, as well as Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) projects. His skill set extends to Due Diligence, Real Estate Agency, Land Planning, and Business Management & Marketing.

This wealth of experience enables Boaz to provide expert opinions in legal proceedings, mediate valuation disputes, offer rental advice for arbitration purposes, and conduct in-depth analyses of property investments. His professional acumen ensures reliable guidance in navigating complex land and property matters.

Robert is a dedicated Cost Engineer and Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years of professional experience. He is an Associate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda, and his academic credentials include an Advanced Course in Quantity Surveying (UK) from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors/College of Estate Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying from Makerere University.

Robert’s expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Cost Planning and Management of Construction Projects, Cost and Value Engineering, Claims Assessment, Procurement, Risk Identification and Management, and Project Management. His comprehensive skill set and commitment to excellence ensure the delivery of efficient, value-driven solutions in every project he undertakes.

Shamila is a highly skilled Land Economist and Valuation Surveyor with extensive expertise in property and asset valuation. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Land Economics from Makerere University and is an Associate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU).

With her analytical proficiency as a Land Economist, Shamila excels in offering expert guidance on land and property utilization, financial considerations, and valuation strategies.

Praise is a proficient Land Economist and Valuation Surveyor, holding a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Land Economics from Kyambogo University. He is currently a Graduate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU).

With extensive experience in property and asset valuation, Praise has honed his expertise in data collection, entry, and analysis, as well as the presentation of analyzed data. His work portfolio includes successfully conducting valuations for purposes such as compensation, litigation, sales and purchases, bookkeeping, taxation, and more.

Sheila is a dedicated Valuation Surveyor and Land Economist, holding a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Land Economics from Kyambogo University. She is currently a Graduate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU).

Sheila brings valuable experience in property and asset valuation, which has enabled her to develop strong skills in data collection, entry, analysis, and presentation. Her professional achievements include successfully conducting valuations for various purposes, including compensation, litigation, sales and purchases, insurance, bookkeeping, and more.

Prossy is a skilled Land Economist and Valuation Surveyor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Land Economics from Kyambogo University. She is currently a Graduate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU).

With valuable experience in property and asset-valuation, Prossy has developed extensive expertise in data collection, analysis, and the presentation of analyzed data. Her professional accomplishments include successfully conducting valuations for a variety of purposes, such as compensation, sales and purchases, litigation, bookkeeping, and more.

Morris is a Land Surveyor and Geospatial Analyst, holding a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Surveying and Land Information Systems from Kyambogo University. He is a graduate member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and industry standards.

With extensive experience in land surveying and geomatics, Morris has developed exceptional expertise in data collection, analysis, and the presentation of spatial data. His proficiency has been instrumental in successfully executing diverse surveying assignments across sectors such as research, infrastructure development, environmental protection, mining, land use planning, dispute resolution, litigation, and engineering, among others.

Simon is an accomplished Social Expert and Administrator with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Omnia Education Partnership Limited, Finland. Simon possesses extensive experience in business development services, contract administration, and management, complemented by certifications from various international organizations. These qualifications enable him to effectively deliver diverse business services and conduct Social and Economic Impact Assessments for infrastructure projects within local communities.

Simon has successfully executed Business Development Service assignments for notable organizations, including the International Labour Organization (ILO), Uganda Green Enterprise Finance Accelerator, Finnish Church Aid, Adelphi, SEED, IFDC, BDSPN, Reign Group, Stanbic Incubator, and others.
